By A Correspondent

Helsinki: Finnish space technology company, ICEYE, on Wednesday (June 3, 2026), announced the appointment of its US arm chief executive, Eric Jensen, as the global chief operating officer, and in his place, named Ann Stevens as the new chief executive for the American market.

Jensen had established ICEYE as “a trusted partner” for the United States government, allies, and commercial customers, scaling critical capabilities to defence, intelligence, and civil sectors in his previous role as the American arm’s chief executive officer, the company said, announcing his new assignment.

“In his new role, Jensen will oversee operations across ICEYE’s 1,000-plus international team, fortifying the companyโ€™s foundations while executing against strategic priorities,” the company said in a global statement.

He takes the role at a pivotal moment, as ICEYE rapidly expands its end-to-end sovereign intelligence offerings to meet rapidly growing demand from governments and commercial customers worldwide, including India.

Separately, ICEYE US announced the appointment of Ann Stevens as its new chief executive officer. Stevens joins from ASRC Federal, where she served as chief strategy officer.

Earlier, Stevens served as vice president of maritime and intelligence systems at The Boeing Company. Ann brings more than two decades of US national security leadership experience to ICEYE US and is poised to drive the company’s next phase of growth, the company said.
