HAL Rockets Into Space, To Launch Small Satellites in New Spaceflight Era

India is transforming its space sector by allowing Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) to own and operate Small Satellite Launch Vehicles (SSLVs). This historic transfer of technology from ISRO to HAL aims to boost commercial space operations.
